Today, we serve approximately 250 multifamily communities and over 50,000 residents across a dozen states.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

NEP is seeking deeper engagement with other Columbus-headquartered businesses and is working with the chamber to increase our involvement with the city, where it operates. Networking and legislative leadership are key areas in which we want to collaborate to build our reputation as a good, responsible corporate citizen in the City of Columbus.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Staying engaged with trends in the multifamily and energy sectors requires a proactive and multi-faceted approach. At NEP, we monitor policy and regulatory developments, participate in key industry associations, and attend relevant conferences and trade events to stay ahead of emerging technologies, market shifts, and best practices.

We actively collaborate with our customers and other industry leaders, including developers, property owners, property managers, and technology partners, to gain up-to-date insights in an ever-evolving environment.
