Our mission is to offer youth advocacy, education and resources to students, families, and educators to learn about bullying prevention, and awareness. We are a national 501c3 non-profit organization for youth ages 5-17 years old.
Empower our Youth envision a world where we show intentional acts of empowerment, encouragement and engagement to stand up and be a voice for yourself and others against all forms of bullying.
What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
I am most looking forward to using marketing resources, support and government assistance.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
By attending community events, community sponsors, academic partners, practitioners in the field of bullying.
What is your company culture like?
Empower our Youth Foundation company culture is dedicated to changing mindsets for youth, families, educators and community to work to bring awareness and advocacy to prevent bullying, cyberbullying & other digital abuse, educates against homophobia, LGBTQ+ discrimination, racism & hatred, & deter violence in schools in-person and online.
What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
