The Columbus Chamber of Commerce Foundation leverages the connections and expertise of the Columbus Chamber to eliminate barriers to prosperity. The Don DePerro Memorial Fund honors the legacy of one of Columbus’s most respected small business advocates by investing in the growth of local business leaders across the Columbus Region.
Through this fund, scholarships help offset the cost of Chamber-led sales and leadership training. Your support builds critical skills, strengthens local leaders, and helps small businesses grow and compete more effectively.

Don led the Columbus Chamber of Commerce through a period of growth and deepened connection to our community. He believed strongly in the development of people and in the vital role small businesses play as the foundation of a thriving Columbus Region.
This scholarship fund is named in his honor to carry forward that legacy by investing in the next generation of local business leaders. Supported Programs
The Don DePerro Memorial Fund supports employees at eligible small businesses by helping them access transformational sales and leadership programs offered by the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and its partners.
Buyers have changed, and many sales teams have not adapted. Columbus WINS helps business owners, sales leaders, and sellers move beyond transactional selling and adopt a more effective, human approach. This six-month program provides practical training and tools to help participants sell with confidence and consistency in today’s buying environment.
Effective leadership starts with self-awareness. Elevate Cbus is a six-month leadership experience designed for professionals at pivotal moments in their careers. Participants gain practical tools and greater confidence to lead their organizations and communities with purpose. This program is delivered in collaboration with The White Stone Consulting Group.
