Circular Columbus

Accelerating the Circular Economy in the Columbus Region

Our mission: To maximize the economic and environmental benefits of a vibrant circular economy in Central Ohio by aligning public and private efforts across the materials lifecycle, supporting recycling policies at the state and local levels, coordinating public education campaigns to promote waste diversion behaviors, strengthening partnerships between material generators and end-users, and enabling innovation through fostering startups and workforce development to meet regional needs.

Our vision:  Central Ohio is a national leader in circular innovation, where waste is designed out of the system, materials circulate responsibly, and businesses, governments, organizations, and communities collaborate to build a more resilient future.
