We offer flexible month to month leases in prime locations across Columbus’s most desirable areas – Downtown, Dublin, Hilliard, Westerville, New Albany, and more. Our furnished apartments always come move-in-ready with comfortable furniture, designer decor, premium beds and bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and more. All utilities, high-speed WiFi, DirecTV, and parking are included in a flat monthly rate. Founded in 2019 by a husband and wife team, we are proud to serve the city of Columbus and honored to have an average guest rating of 4.97 stars with 500+ five-star reviews.

Our mission is to curate the ultimate temporary living experience for our guests by providing comfort, convenience, and peace of mind when they need it most. We strive to live by 5 core values:

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Rather than striving to keep up with industry trends, we’ve chosen to focus on simply listening to our guests. We are constantly thinking about them – what they are going through, what they’re concerned about, what they’re hoping for, and what would make their lives easier. Trends come and go, but we believe hospitality – the art of making people feel taken care of – will never go out of style.

What is your company culture like?

We describe ourselves as a tight-knit group of cheerful perfectionists who genuinely care. Since 2019, our goal has been to build a company where we actually love going to work. Our core values are more than just a cute list posted on a conference room wall. They guide everything we do on a daily basis – from the way we answer the phone to the sheets we choose for our beds. We are constantly striving to embody our core values in real life, and this has made a big difference – not just in the experience of working at Epicurean, but in the feeling our guests have when they stay with us.

The most successful employees at Epicurean are those who find purpose in meaningful work, genuinely care about excellence (especially in the details), and have an inherent desire to make others feel good.
