SOLD OUT! Waitlist Open! Chamber Leadership Luncheon | Energy Management vs. Time Management

    May 26 @ 11:15 am - 1:00 pm
The Athletic Club of Columbus, Crystal Room, 2nd Floor 136 E. Broad St, Columbus, OH, United States

SOLD OUT!!! Waitlist Open! Join us for Chamber Leadership Luncheons! Traditional time management assumes every hour holds equal value. Today’s reality proves otherwise. For the modern workforce, energy - not time - is the true driver of performance, decision-making, and long-term success.

As organizations approach the mid-year mark, many teams experience a natural dip in momentum, focus, and engagement. The question is no longer how to get more hours out of the day - it is how to sustain energy, prevent burnout, and reignite performance when it matters most.

At this leadership luncheon, we will challenge outdated productivity models and explore a more effective path forward. Grounded in both business strategy and human performance science, this session will examine how leading organizations are shifting from time-based expectations to energy-centered cultures.

This is a conversation about working smarter, leading better, and creating organizations where both people and performance can thrive.
