VanTrust Enhances Development Team in Columbus Office | VanTrust Real Estate

Promoting Anna Brown to Director of Development, and naming Alex Lord Director of Development Services

Columbus, Ohio – February 3, 2026 – VanTrust Real Estate, LLC. is pleased to announce the promotion of Anna Brown from Development Manager to Director of Development. In this role, she will focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing both build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities. In addition, Alex Lord has been tapped as Director of Development Services. He brings a wealth of experience in construction and development spanning industrial, multifamily, and higher education projects.

With a robust background in architecture and hands-on construction management, Lord is ideally suited to join the Development Services team. Prior to joining VanTrust, he spent more than a decade with The Opus Group, in both the Minneapolis and Phoenix offices. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in delivering successful projects across multiple markets.

Lord earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Miami University in Ohio, while Brown is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
