Statement from Derrick R. Clay, President and CEO of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, on the Passing of Cheryl Krueger

The Columbus business community has lost a true entrepreneurial pioneer with the passing of Cheryl Krueger.

Through Cheryl’s Cookies and later C. Krueger’s, Cheryl built beloved brands that became part of countless celebrations and memories for families across our region and beyond. Her vision, creativity, and determination helped establish Columbus as a place where entrepreneurs can thrive and grow nationally recognized businesses.

On behalf of the Columbus Chamber, we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and all who were touched by her remarkable life and legacy.
