Scott G. Brown Named Shareholder-in-Charge of Roetzel’s Columbus Office | Roetzel & Andress

Roetzel & Andress has named Scott G. Brown as shareholder-in-charge of its Columbus office.
Brown joined the firm in January 2025 and is a member of the Corporate, Tax & Transactional Group. He advises businesses across a wide range of industries on corporate structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, and trademark registration and protection. His work also includes developing service agreements, particularly for web-based and intellectual property-centric industries.
“Scott has quickly made a strong impression since joining the firm,” said Roetzel Chairman Robert E. Blackham. “His leadership and vision have contributed to the continued growth of our Columbus office, and we’re excited to see that momentum continue in this role.”
Brown’s corporate practice encompasses advising clients on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, as well as contract drafting and negotiation. Additionally, he oversees the firm’s trademark and copyright practice including registrations and infringement claims.
