Solü Technology Partners is a national technology staffing and software solutions provider headquartered in Rochester, New York. We also have offices in Syracuse, New York; Phoenix, Arizona; Columbus, Ohio; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We work with businesses to provide workforce solutions and IT services, while also providing 500+ employees across the U.S. with rewarding and challenging technology careers.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

Solü is most looking forward to building connections with fellow Chamber members, attending events, and taking advantage of the many programs and opportunities available. Since our business is all about people, it only makes sense for us to leverage the Chamber, its resources, and connections!

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

There are many professional associations that provide resources, education and research for the staffing and recruiting industry, such as the American Staffing Association and The Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals.

As it relates to our technologists, we’re involved in local, national and international organizations and events like the Project Management Institute and AWS re: Invent that help us stay up to date on the latest trends. We also maintain strong relationships with thought leaders at academic institutions and corporations, and place an emphasis on lifelong learning. Our employees are incentivized to pursue continuing education and industry certifications to help them develop and grow their skills, and we are consistently identifying tools and technologies that we can incorporate into our service delivery.

What is your company culture like?

We have a people-first culture at Solü. What does that mean? That we’re always taking into account what’s best for our teams and business partners. As we’ve grown over the years, our core beliefs have helped guide us and keep us focused on our mission.

And we can’t have all work with no play! We think it’s important to spend time with our teams outside of work – doing things like volunteering, participating in local events or simply having a meal together. It’s things like this that bring us closer together!
