Our mission is to ensure that we deliver reliable freight solutions while holding our customers at the highest level possible-first…ensuring every load is handled precisely, with care & integrity. We do this by negotiating the best rates to support the customer’s operations.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

The services I’m looking forward to obtaining are knowledge, connections to shippers, & most importantly lasting, professional relationships. I would also like any recommendations on healthcare, and financial advice/services on budgeting, planning, & investing.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

I stay in tune as much as possible with social media groups, groups that post updates on the trending transportation topics, the news, people around me, some freight guidance mentors on YouTube. I reread material from previous brokerage training that I took.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

An employee that is a quick thinker/problem solver that doesn’t mind coming to work early & staying late. They are calm under pressure whenever a truck is delayed, rate change etc to keep the flow of the day running smoothly. An agent that doesn’t burn themselves out with work but balances their personal life & work life well in order to be flexible with time. Master at communications with carriers, customers etc by keeping everyone in the loop, and manage expectations. Someone who builds loyal, long-lasting relationships with customers, carriers etc., that don’t just think of loads but think about people as well. A organized go-getter that is ready and willing for any storm that is set to pass, ready to grow & someone who is enthused without excuses!

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

It’s in the heart of it all, vibrant, beautiful, much better opportunity for connections with good people…not better than the greater Columbus!
