Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services
After nearly 20 years in business Leverage HR is rebranding as Leverage Leadership to more accurately describe the services we provide. We will continue to deliver the same high quality – award winning solutions for our clients based on our three service areas: Leadership Excellence, Inclusive Excellence, and Organizational Effectiveness to enable organizations to “Leverage the Power of Leadership!”
Tell us about your company’s mission and values
At Leverage Leadership, we believe leadership has the power to transform organizations and create thriving workplaces. What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We deeply value our partnership with the Columbus Chamber, especially getting to know the talented and generous Chamber leadership team, participating on the leadership panels, warm introductions, networking opportunities, and COSI benefits. We’ve also benefited from marketing reviews, Cbuzz & Small Business Council —that has truly connected us to fellow members in meaningful ways. You get out what you put in, and it’s been an honor to contribute.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
We stay on the cutting edge of leadership development and organizational effectiveness by actively engaging with our clients to understand their current and emerging needs. This includes regular conversations, co-creating research, and presenting insights at industry conferences. We tap into our expert consultant network to explore innovative tools and trends, often piloting new approaches directly with clients. Last year, we were among the first U.S. firms to introduce a global, data-driven team coaching solution, and we’re now integrating AI-powered coaching into our programs. This blend of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning keeps us—and our clients—ahead of the curve.
What is your company culture like?
