As a newer business, I’ve been focused on building a strong foundation with my initial clients. One recent example involved working closely with a homeowner to prepare their property for the short-term rental market—optimizing pricing strategy, positioning, and the guest experience from day one. By taking a data-driven and hands-on approach, we were able to launch the property with confidence and set it up for long-term performance.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
I stay current by analyzing real-time booking and pricing data, following trends across major STR platforms, and staying closely connected to the local market. I don’t just track trends—I apply them quickly to keep my clients competitive and maximize performance.
If you had to start over from scratch, what’s the first thing you’d do differently?
If I were starting over, I would focus earlier on building meaningful relationships within the local market. Strong, trust-based partnerships with homeowners and service providers are what ultimately drive consistent growth and long-term success.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received as a business owner?
The best advice I’ve received is that the trust of my clients is my most valuable asset—and I need to protect it at all costs. When you consistently act with transparency and put your clients’ interests first, growth follows naturally.

What do you want people to remember about your business five years from now?
Five years from now, I want our business to be known as a trusted, transparent partner that made short-term rental ownership truly turnkey—while consistently delivering strong results and building lasting relationships.
