Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services

I Am Boundless is a state-wide nonprofit providing a wide range of programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. From center-based programming for school aged children, transition aged services and adult day programs, to a fully integrated care model at Boundless Health in Worthington with dental/primary care/behavioral health under one roof, social and vocational skills-building, case management, community-based behavioral health and Boundless@Home caregiver programs, we strive to provide wrap-around care for all ages and their families. Together, we’re Boundless!

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

We love to be a part of events within the community to share resources, and to find opportunities to present about what we do and why! 🙂

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Boundless is an industry thought leader that has a diverse team consistently strategizing, training, seeking feedback, and building relationships to build our nonprofit business that is truly a mission-driven organization with person-centered programs and care. We also have a podcast that brings in industry experts for really great dialogue about our industry.

What is your company culture like?

We have an incredible team at Boundless, with leaders who are always thinking outside the box and prioritizing the growth and motivation of our staff. Our People & Culture team has even been named one of the finalists for the 2025 Top 100 Human Resources Team Award in the OnCon Icon Awards.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

Columbus is where many of our programs were born! Boundless is firmly rooted here in the vibrant disabilities community. We love working with the county boards for developmental disabilities, job and family services, and many other community partners here!
