We are an international sales and marketing company that plans and administers cost-effective, differentiated property/casualty and human resource risk management programs as brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators.
Our mission is to:
- Provide superior, cost-effective risk management products and services that meet the ever-changing needs of our current and prospective clients, while continuing to strive for the highest professional excellence in the delivery of those products and services

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
The networking events! The Columbus Chamber does an excellent job providing members with amazing events in order to meet new people. Many of those events have led to making new friends and business relationships. From New Member Orientation, the annual Amplify event, to the Clambake and Lobster Feast, there are an abundant of opportunities to connect with others making an impact here in Columbus.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
Gallagher is committed to keeping our clients fully informed of significant trends and developments in employee benefits.
Our dedicated compliance staff provides the latest research and analysis of regulations and legislation that are new and pending and provide regular updates on healthcare reform and current legislative activity. Through our ongoing data warehousing initiatives, marketplace risk assessment and trend developments are also monitored and reported to our clients.
Gallagher’s 2022 U.S. Workforce Trends Report Series—a compilation of 7 reports released throughout the year—delivers valuable benchmarking data and thought leadership on topics like health plans, all types of employee benefits, salary planning, HR technology, retirement and more. Generated from 4,000+ responses to Gallagher’s U.S. Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey and other supplemental surveys, the various reports offer business leaders insight into peer organizations’ benefits and HR programs in similar industries and geographies. In effect, empowering business leaders to make data-driven informed decisions around investing in talent, improving the people experience and reducing organizational risk.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
There are many factors contributing to Columbus’s booming economy, a book could be written about it. Three major factors are location, education and people. Due to its location, Columbus has always been a major logistical hub. This has led to many companies making Columbus their home. The state’s largest university – Ohio State, has for decades provided a strong local economy, and has provided a well-educated workforce for local companies and businesses to hire. Lastly, I believe there is a strong sense of community which provides an atmosphere of networking and collaboration. We are proud of our city, and want to see our people, companies and businesses prosper together.
