Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services

Flow Of Life, is a professional speaking service, which offers keynote speaking, moderating of events and panel discussions and emceeing of events. It is our goal to assist clients in maximizing engagement and enjoyment of their in-person or virtual events. We design customized professional development trainings for groups and organizations. We also specialize in one on one coaching services for individuals and staff members to optimize professional and personal growth.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values

Our motto is, “Where words flow to life” and it is our belief and objective that the words that are spoken as our services are being executed will ignite a provocation within the participants/listeners to become elevated in their thought processes and actions in leadership and in life. We value the voices of everyone, and we seek to uplift those voices within our service sphere.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

I am looking forward to maximizing the many opportunities for networking that the Chamber offers. I will be exploring the varying resources that are offered to assist me with business and professional growth and development, as I meet and learn from other business owners within the Urban Business Connection and beyond.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

I stay engaged with industry trends by maintaining my commitment to lifelong learning through attending seminars and by reading books and articles authored by individuals who specialize in growing leaders and in professional speaking. I regularly participate with groups that will ask me to answer a question, relative to trends and/or trouble shooting strategies within the industry. Submitting my answers, allows me to view and receive feedback, tips and strategy suggestions from other business owners that offer services within the same arenas that I do. This allows me to maintain and gain fresh/new perspectives in targeted areas.

The culture of Flow Of Life, LLC is one of inclusivity, engagement and a commitment to remaining curious about others and their interests and needs.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

Because we are intricately involved with people, whether in-person or virtually, an employee who is seeking to become the best version of themselves continually, rather than engaging in unhealthy competition, is the ideal model of what it means to be successful at Flow Of Life. Lifelong learning and a willingness to learn from others are key foundational attributes that are encouraged, stressed and demonstrated in our interactions with staff and clients alike.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

The Columbus community offers a plethora of opportunities for the creation of businesses and it provides new and small business owners with resources, connections, funding, etc., to succeed and expand. There is always someone or a group who is interested in hearing about and assisting in the initiation of new endeavors.
