Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services.

EmPower HR delivers customized human resource management solutions for small to medium-sized businesses across the Midwest. We offer a full range of outsourced HR services including payroll, benefits, compliance and strategic HR. Our flexible offerings give you and your employees access to great benefits and a knowledgeable and responsive staff that becomes an extension of your team and is just as dedicated to your business as you are.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values.

We seek to build authentic connections with our clients and understand what success looks like for them in a partnership with us. To achieve these desired outcomes, we constantly measure results and hold ourselves relentlessly accountable to providing the absolute best service and delivering what matters.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

We are especially looking forward to the ribbon cutting with our new office as well as attending the many networking events the Chamber organizes. With membership to the Columbus Region Logistic Counsel (CRLC), we are also excited for the opportunity to connect with other local businesses, promote the work we’re doing with our clients and be connected to a Chamber that fosters the success of the Columbus area.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

As part of our constant pursuit of better, we are always looking to innovate and be progressive in order to deliver results that matter to the clients we serve. Our team is always seeking to learn and develop in order to provide more value to those we partner with.

What is your company culture like?
