Blue & Co., LLC is a top-60 independent accounting and advisory firm. Founded in 1970, we have been part of the Columbus, Ohio, community since 1999. Our dedication, like our business, has continued to grow and thrive over the past 25 years in this vibrant area. We serve a diverse range of practice areas and industries in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.

Our services span assurance, tax compliance and consulting, healthcare consulting, benefit plan services, valuation and litigation support, and business services.

We have specialists in healthcare, construction, nonprofit, manufacturing and distribution, technology, financial services organizations, and agribusiness, allowing us to support a variety of industries without diluting our focus.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

We always want to be sure that Blue & Co. is an engaging member of the Columbus community, and participating as a Chamber member is an important part of that. Recently, we have become most interested in advertising open positions through the Chamber to help us sustain our growth. The connections that we can make as a member are invaluable to the future of our business in Columbus.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Our firm is looking ahead with every step we take. As we hire top talent, provide award-winning internal training, and engage in strategic partnerships, we are using all of these opportunities to not only stay engaged with trends but to set them.

One of the ways we stay connected to our industry, clients, and communities is through thought leadership. By giving our Blue team a platform, we are able to educate about and provide key insights into tax strategies and audit updates, as well as our niche service areas.

What is your company culture like?
