Share a recent project, client success, or example of your work in action.

We onboarded a client last year and, roughly two months into the engagement, they experienced a business email compromise attempt after a user clicked a malicious link. Within minutes, an Astute Technology Management security engineer was on the phone with the user and had the account secured. The company owner witnessed the response firsthand and was impressed by the speed and coordination. Because of the rapid response, we were able to prevent any damage and secure the workstation.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

We stay engaged through continuous training, industry certifications, vendor partnerships, conferences, and active participation in industry communities and peer. Our team regularly evaluates emerging technologies and security threats to ensure our clients always benefit from modern, best-practice solutions.

If you had to start over from scratch, what’s the first thing you’d do differently?

We would invest earlier in standardization and scalable processes. Chasing the latest or most premium technologies doesn’t always serve the client’s best interests, nor does deploying a different tech stack for every organization. It’s about curating a set of solutions that serve as a platform for the client, allowing them to feel safe with technology and focused on growth.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received as a business owner?

Real, sustainable growth is built from partnering with the right organizations, not by chasing revenue. 

What makes a successful partnership at your company?

A successful partnership is built on trust, clear communication, and alignment. We work best with organizations that view IT as a strategic asset and value a proactive approach to technology, not just reactive support.
