We don’t just implement, we guide using our hybrid implementation model. Our engineers bring the expertise and additional capacity needed during development-heavy projects to support your engineers as they learn composable patterns and platforms. Our delivery leadership helps your leadership adopt the new ways of working that composable commerce enables, and our governance works with your project stakeholders to ensure the right people are involved and included along the way.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

We believe you need to be opinionated about what’s Best Practice in our line of work. To stay on top of that, we allow our teams ample opportunities for continuing education in the form of attending conferences both in person and virtually, certifications through our partners in the headless space, and access to personally-driven educational pursuits.

The Human Values
We are foodies. You will often find Aries celebrations and gatherings centered around new or favorite restaurants and delicious libations. We are animal lovers. Pig the Dog is our mascot. She will occasionally grace us with her presence at gatherings, and we have a Slack channel dedicated to sharing adorable pictures of our pets. We are family-oriented. Whenever possible, our team gatherings outside the office include our partners and progeny. We are healthy. If you’re feeling under the weather, we ask our team members to work from home or talk to their manager about taking a sick day. We all benefit from this practice. We are philanthropists. It is important to us to support our surrounding community. These opportunities include hosting donation drives for food banks and animal shelters and making in-kind donations to local schools and non-profits. Our team members are invited to, but not obligated to, participate in these initiatives.

Aries Solutions boasts one of the highest concentrations of composable commerce talent. While we are headquartered here in Columbus, Ohio, we have teams in North America at large, South America, and India. We trust that our team members will do excellent work no matter where they are in the world, with one caveat: because we are an international team, someone is always on and working.
