Chef Jimmy has worked in the culinary field for over 35 years, from having his own restaurant & catering business to working in hotels & hospitals. He is driven by a passion for culinary expertise in order to grow an audience of satisfied customers. He loves being a resource to others that are starting small businesses.

He creates and perfects spices and sauces that encompass enough flavors to enhance a myriad of traditional recipes. He currently has 6 products on the market, 4 spices & 2 sauces. All products are his original recipes. With 2 Salt Free spices on the way to production. You can find his products in grocery stores, restaurants, sporting stores & many homes. With demands in Hawaii, Texas & Minnesota. And currently supplying the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium with one of his spices.
