The Well Rest Spot is a woman’s wellness spa lounge designed for women balancing career, motherhood, caregiving, and personal growth. With 20, 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions, we offer Zero Gravity Massage Chairs, Rest Pod therapy, VR breathing and somatics, eucalyptus towel refreshes, Women Circles, and Transitional Life Coaching.
