m2 marketing works with clients to develop a customized, cost-effective website that will enhance their brand, as well as provide the functionality they require.  We manage the design of your marketing materials from concept to print. We can design logos, brochures, sales folders, flyers, letterhead, business cards, product packaging, and much more.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values.

Building trust, exceeding expectations, and responding quickly is who we are at m2 marketing. We are problem solvers.  We value our client relationships and want to be a part of the team that helps them grow.  We are here to listen and identify issues so that the right solution can be found.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber? 

The Columbus Chamber has been a wonderful resource for our small business.  Whether we were looking for HR advice, or networking opportunities, the Chamber has been great helping us to explore our options. They offer wonderful solutions with Health Care benefits to keep us competitive in today’s market.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

We are fortunate to have clients across many different industries; through this diversified experience, it helps us bring best practices found in other markets to our clients.  The design world is constantly changing and upgrading, so we are continuously searching for best possible solutions.  We encourage our employees to seek new techniques and ideas and give them a platform within our own web solutions to collaborate with each other.

What is your company culture like?

Owners, Megan McCabe and Ryan Miller were both athletes at Ohio State University so there is a great sense of teamwork.  The team here at m2 is better together than as one individual, through teamwork we help our clients find the solutions they need.  The m2 culture encourages and empowers employees to work on their own personal goals; and is supportive in their individual endeavors, as well as their roles in the office. This team spirit spills over into our projects with our clients—we truly work best when are included their team, and not just a vendor.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

Our employees are problem solvers, always looking for the best solution.

We encourage our staff to streamline our processes, to improve our systems thus making a better product for our clients.  They are team players and support their fellow co-workers, helping to create an environment that both the employees and clients can thrive in.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

There is such a vibrant diversity of businesses here in Columbus.  Across organizations large and small, in emerging tech, government, sports, education, and non-profit sectors, there are a lot of creative ideas happening everywhere in Columbus. We at m2 are proud to help implement those ideas so our clients can achieve their goals.
