What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

We’re grateful for the Chamber’s role in helping small businesses connect, collaborate, and grow. We’ve especially valued the marketing workshops and networking events—it’s been a great way to learn from other local leaders and share what’s working in the ever-evolving world of digital advertising. We’re excited to continue building relationships through the Chamber’s events and to continue to share our knowledge with other members.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

We stay sharp by combining platform certifications (Google, Meta, etc.) with ongoing testing and optimization within our client campaigns to understand what works best. We also stay connected to thought leaders, trend reports, and industry events—translating those insights into practical strategies our clients can actually implement.
