Futurety is a data analytics and digital marketing agency that uses internal and external data to help organizations uncover insights, provide visualizations, and automate detailed reporting to save time, get better results, and discover new opportunities for growth.
Tell us about your company’s mission and values.
We believe data can solve the world’s biggest challenges. By aggregating and visualizing mass amounts of data, we can help organizations solve complex problems and communicate with their audience more effectively. In order to serve our clients, team members, and community, we follow our five core values:

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
All of the services offered by the Columbus Chamber are outstanding. While we have already used several services, our team members are looking forward to meeting other chamber members and attending future in-person networking events.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
At Futurety, we encourage our team to continue their professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and conferences around the country, as well as encouraging continued work on personal side projects, hobbies, and hussles outside of the office. Futurety often has opportunities for our team to volunteer their working time to be speakers, moderators, and event coordinators at local events.
What is your company culture like?
In addition to the many benefits Futurety offers like health insurance, wellness programs, and a dog-friendly office, Futurety has a bigger, more private mission that makes it truly unique. Futurety’s mission is to create powerful marketing strategies fueled by purpose. We are passionate about finding work in the Columbus area that “makes a difference” to those in our community. Because we make it a priority to find opportunities that fuel our mission, we find it just as important to attract joyful, good-natured people. We have a strict “life is too short” rule, so we’ve built a team of diverse individuals who challenge each other to be better and continue to succeed inside and outside of the office.
What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
At Futurety we put such an emphasis on culture and culture fit. If you want to have a successful career as an employee, aligning with our core values and being a team player is essential. We’re really just looking for good-natured people who are passionate about creating innovation in the data analytics and marketing industry in our community.
What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
Columbus is a city like no other when it comes to supporting businesses and organizations. You can build a reputation and network that will support and nurture you during your entire career. Not only can you build great relationships with other professionals and business owners, but there is also a great talent pool due to our fantastic local universities.
The cost of living is low, schools are great, and in non-COVID times the arts, culture, music, and food scene is an added bonus!
