Civista Bank is the banking subsidiary of Civista Bancshares, Inc., a financial services holding company with assets of approximately $2.8 billion headquartered in Sandusky, Ohio. For over 135 years, Civista has provided banking services and today serves the needs of consumer, business, mortgage and wealth management customers with 35 branches and 2 loan production offices throughout Northern, Central and Southwestern Ohio, Southeastern Indiana and Northern Kentucky.

The Vision of Civista bank is to work together to be the community’s trusted financial provider.  Our mission is to improve the financial lives of our customers, employees and shareholders, to make a difference in the communities that we serve.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We value building relationships with various businesses and professionals in the Columbus area to serve the financial wellness of those in the Columbus area.  This includes opportunities to network, participate in events, and find sponsorship opportunities that support Civista Bank’s mission to make a difference in the communities we serve.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
From digital banking services to value-added benefits, we are constantly evolving to better meet the financial needs of our customers. We listen carefully to our customers to get a full understanding of their wants, needs, and expectations. Their feedback helps guide our research and decision making process to determine if any product, service, or industry trend would be a positive addition for Civista Bank. We also collaborate with other industry professions through associations like the Ohio Bankers League and Community Bankers Association of Ohio.
