BrootLegg Extracts is a cold brew coffee production, delivery, and co-packing company that started in a basement over 7 years ago. Utilizing our patented high pressure extraction technology, we are capable of producing cold brew coffee in minutes (instead of 24 hours) and in a wildly sustainable way, using 20-40% less beans per cup.

We not only aim to alleviate the burden of in-store cold brew production at coffee shops, but we also serve as a one-stop-shop to get high quality cold brew into businesses, offices, restaurants, universities and more! By providing all-inclusive kegerator installs and maintenance, your establishment can now enjoy the highest quality cold brew coffee on tap!

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

We started BrootLegg Extracts to create something new. We set out to solve a problem many know about but never took the time to address. We wanted people to be excited about cold brew coffee, to be excited about a product made with intention and care. We value our ability to adapt and stay flexible and admit when we don’t know the answer. That’s why we are always looking towards the horizon, asking questions to those who know more, and admitting when we have room for improvement.

What is your company culture like?

Our company is one of innovation. We value people and ideas. We set out to create an atmosphere where every voice is considered, and where good ideas are met with thanks and appreciation. We strongly believe that good people make a good company, and that relationships are one of our most valuable assets. Technology can only get you so far, and at the root of any good idea you will find good people to match.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

Someone who values not knowing, and the opportunities that awareness creates. An individual that is self-motivated, has a great attitude, and pushes to achieve.
