Acloché is a full service human resources firm that specializes in customized Staffing and HR solutions for a wide range of industries.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values.
Our mission statement is simply “Knowing People”. We take pride in our desire and ability to understand the wants, needs, and goals of each individual we work with. We want to connect people to complementary teams, fostering the growth of both the organization and of the professional. We highly value efficiency but never at the expense of the fit for our clients and associates.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
Acloché has partnered with the Columbus Chamber for many years.  We are a very big advocate of their services including the information they provide and the networking opportunities with fellow Chamber members. We look forward to continuing to connect with other businesses and partnering in workforce initiatives.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
The labor market is fluid and ever-changing. We are committed to staying engaged with industry associations, governmental connections, business partners and any other contacts we have to keep our pulse on the trends.  This topic is always on our mind, as we evaluate trends to gain a better perspective on what our clients are interested in and how we can be of value to their needs.

What is your company culture like?
Acloché is a place with small-business sensibilities but the horsepower of much larger organizations. We are deeply ingrained and committed to our communities, and as a locally owned and operated firm for over 50 years in Central Ohio, we understand that what really makes Acloché successful is the people who work here. With eight brick and mortar locations in the region, our ultimate goal is always to connect people. When visiting Acloché, you can expect to be greeted by a friendly face ready to help you find a new career or help connect you to job seekers in order to grow your business.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
We value individuals who are committed to their roles and who aren’t afraid to take on new challenges. With the ever-changing landscape of the employment industry, there are always going to be unique solutions to implement and strategize. We also stress to our team that nothing is more important than truly understanding the job seeker or organization that you are working with, and never cutting corners to achieve a faster result.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
Columbus has been our proud home for over 50 years, and we wouldn’t be so comfortable here if it weren’t for all of the wonderful aspects of the Central Ohio region. We have diverse and unique communities all within arm’s reach, and people who are as passionate about Ohio as we are. There’s a great culture here that is based on hard work and kindness, which make operating here an absolute pleasure. The people who we meet day in and day out are as dedicated to the community as we are.
