At Accel Inc., our mission is clear: to be the leading copacking partner by delivering innovative packaging solutions and efficient assemblies. We design packaging to reduce costs on our assembly lines, enhance product quality on the shelf, and speed up time to market. For 28 years, our Chairwoman, a former retail merchant, has driven our operations with the core belief that, “a product that is properly packaged is half sold.” We also believe in not just talking about diversity, equity, and inclusion, but living it every day. These values are woven into the fabric of our company and have been central to our approach long before they became industry buzzwords. At our core, we are committed to creating a culture of belonging, teamwork, and operational excellence.

We stay on top of industry trends through a mix of technology, innovation, and, of course, a little bit of caffeine-fueled research. Whether it’s leveraging our PackManager system for operational insights, attending events through the Contract Packaging Association or WBENC, or tapping into market shifts through key partnerships, we make sure that Accel Inc. is always ahead of the curve. Staying curious and adaptable is in our DNA.
