ALS United Ohio is hosting its Farm to Table(aux) Gala on May 8, 2026, at The Exchange at Bridge Park in Dublin. This year’s theme is Unleash Your Surreal Palate – celebrating the art of Andre Masson, Frida Kahlo, and Salvador Dali. We are planning a vibrant, creative experience with surprises awaiting you at every turn.

As the only event of its kind in Ohio, Farm to Table(aux) is a unique concept that brings farm-to-table cuisine together with living art. Delectable hors d’oeuvres and dinner are creatively prepared by Presenting Sponsor Cameron Mitchell Restaurants; other notable sponsors include Diamonds Direct, 614 Media, OhioHealth, and more.
The evening begins with a cocktail soiree featuring interactive tableauxs, creative cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a silent auction. Next, guests enjoy a seated three-course dinner with entertainment, live auction, mission video, and a Bid from the Heart to fund free services. The evening ends with the “Mystère Box” raffle winner reveal.
ALS United Ohio improves the quality of life for individuals with ALS and their families through free local services including one-on-one case management, durable medical equipment loans, smart home programs, support groups, financial grants, children’s programs, bereavement support, on-site coordination with hospital-based ALS multidisciplinary clinics, and more.
“Our patient base, tragically, continues to grow,” says Melissa Dardinger, Director of Philanthropy. “But events like Farm to Table(aux), along with the support of our community, help us raise the funds we need to provide these free local services.”
