Polaris Fashion Place adds new stores and restaurants on property

COLUMBUS, OH (March 13, 2026) – We are officially in the thick of the 2026 calendar and Polaris Fashion Place is excited to announce new retailers on the horizon.

“We are thrilled to offer some brand new and exciting restaurants and retailers here at Polaris Fashion Place,” said General Manager Tamra Bower. “There is no shortage of opinions out there of brands we should offer at the mall – and we are proud to work with some new categories in Mediterranean fast casual and authentic Indian.  More retailers will be announced this calendar year, but we wanted to take a moment to celebrate a few that are officially on board.”

The fast casual Mediterranean category is being filled with an exciting brand out of the Washington, D.C. area called Cava.  The founders created the concept based on their Greek heritage, initially starting with a full-service restaurant before pivoting to the assembly-line, “build-your-own” model. Cava features delicious Mediterranean bowls, pita wraps, salads, pita chips and spreads, and a wide selection of fruity beverages.  Cava will be opening this spring near Potbelly, on Polaris Parkway.

Outdoors in the Polaris Lifestyle Center, Simply South – an authentic South Indian vegetarian restaurant, is currently under construction next to Benihana.  The restaurant has already seen success with locations in the Chicago and the Dallas markets.  Simply South is a homage to the numerous spices, herbs, and vegetables that are cultivated in India. What sets them apart is their commitment to showcasing all the flavorful dishes of India, without the use of meat. At Simply South, they use only the freshest ingredients and top-notch spices to create dishes that will explode in your mouth with their diverse flavors.  The restaurant is planning for a grand opening around holiday timeframe of 2026.

Fabletics is a sportswear, activewear, and workout clothes brand co-founded by Kate Hudson – and they will be located on the lower level next to Akira.  The brand for both men and women offers affordable, high quality and stylish activewear for all shapes and sizes.  Find anything from sweatpants to shorts, tops and tees, to leggings at their trendy store.  Fabletics is targeting a 2026 holiday grand opening as well.

OFFLINE by Aerie is staying in their existing location, but remodeling and expanding their space on the upper level in between Hot Topic and Yankee Candle.  They plan on an early summer opening – and in the meantime they have a temporary space open next to Abercrombie & Fitch on the lower level near Center Court. OFFLINE by Aerie boasts ladies activewear including a wide selection of leggings, sports bras, workout tops, and more.

Viral fruit-shaped ice cream has taken over TikTok and Instagram for its realistic, hyper-detailed appearance and creamy texture.  This past week, Fruit Ice Cream opened up a vibrant kiosk on the lower level outside of Akira and Vans.  They currently have five flavors including peach, strawberry, grape, lemon, and mango – and plan to rollout new flavors this weekend!
