The Studio is thrilled to welcome Tommy Householder of Watershed Distillery! Tommy is our go-to guy for all things spirits, which he’ll put to the test while we explore the art of creating the perfect gin cocktail. Tommy will provide some colorful commentary and tasting notes on the botanical beauty that is gin while he walks us through how to make your own personal riff on a Tom Collins cocktail. Whether you’re a devoted gin fan or simply cocktail curious, join us for a Sunday Funday of sipping, shaking, and discovering what makes a truly great gin cocktail.

The Cocktail Course
Tommy Householder of Watershed Distillery will walk us through how to create our own personal riff on a Tom Collins cocktail!
You’ll get to choose your spirit from Watershed’s finest (Four Peel Gin, Strawberry Four Peel Gin, Barrel Aged Four Peel Gin, Guild Gin) and we’ll provide everything to up the ante on a the classic highball (citrus, syrups, liqueurs, and fizzes)
