Building Hope In Grief is a Support Group Ages 12 – 17 that is in partnership with The Ohio State University Extension Morrow County Office, made possible by the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Service Board.
Losing a loved one is one of life’s toughest challenges, and we’re here to help you through it. Facilitated by Cornerstone of Hope and the OSU-Morrow Extension staff, this grief support group is specifically designed for children and teens who are dealing with the pain of losing someone close to them.
What to Expect:
Safe Space: Connect with others who understand what you’re going through in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Open Discussion: Share your thoughts, feelings, and stories without judgment. Express yourself in a space where your emotions are valued.
Peer Support: Forge connections with fellow classmates who are on a similar journey. Draw strength from one another’s experiences.
Remembering Together: Honor the memory of your loved ones through meaningful activities and discussions that celebrate their lives.
