Each year, WELD recognizes a diverse group of women in the central Ohio community who are high impact leaders within their organizations and industries, support the leadership development of other women, give time, talent and resources to their communities and invest in the growth of women-owned businesses. WELD honors the achievements of these notable women in its annual calendar and reveals it at a fabulous reception. The theme of the 2026 calendar is The Tough Get Going!.
