Our keynote presenters from Safelite AutoGlass

Tom Feeney

President and CEO

Renee Cacchillo

Senior Vice President,
Customer, Brand and Technology

How will the Columbus Region continue to set the stage for transformation in 2018? Tom Feeney and Renee Cacchillo will help answer that question as our keynote presenters.

While not many connect an auto glass company with innovation and technology, Safelite is actually a leader in innovating the customer experience through technology. In the last year, Feeney and Cacchillo spearheaded the creation of the Safelite Works innovation hub as well as more than $41 million in technological investment, partnering with companies like Microsoft, Amazon and Google in the process.

“We’re building a culture conducive to innovation,” according to Feeney. “We’re doing amazing work to shape the future of our employee, customer, and client experiences.”
