Win Bigger. Sell Stronger. Columbus Chamber launches Columbus WINS.
March 24th, 2025

The Columbus Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with James Rores, is excited to introduce the Columbus WINS™ Program, a transformative 10-session, in-person sales training experience. Featuring expert-led sessions, hands-on exercises, and AI-powered coaching, Columbus WINS is designed to help sales professionals close more deals, engage decision-makers, and build lasting business relationships—without outdated, high-pressure tactics.
Key Benefits of Columbus WINS:
- Sell in a way that feels natural and stress-free
- Engage decision-makers more effectively and improve forecasting accuracy
- Increase buyer commitment by guiding them through change, not just pitching
- Shift from transactional selling to long-term, high-value partnerships
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor and maximize your impact
“Sales success is about closing deals, but only after you deeply understand the buyer’s problem, whether you can help, and what they value,” said Lorie Holt, Vice President of Membership at the Columbus Chamber. “Columbus WINS helps professionals refine their approach, stand out, and achieve measurable success.”
Over the last decade, the WINS Model™, developed by James Rores, has been proven by more than 27,000 elite top performers from over 100 industries, representing 11 million+ hours of fieldwork. Following James’ curriculum, participants will further explore the transactional trap by following his practical, actionable and data-driven methodology.
“Elite top performers don’t bring more urgency to buying conversations, they bring questions and observations that allow them to practice sales as a leadership competency,” said James Rores, Founder of jamesrores.com and facilitator of the Columbus WINS program. “Columbus WINS helps professionals break free from outdated sales cycles and engage decision-makers with confidence.”
