Columbus, Ohio – VanTrust Real Estate, LLC. is pleased to welcome Dimontonate USA, LLC to Exchange Logistics Park at I-85 in Anderson County, South Carolina. This latest lease signing will increase the occupancy of the building to 60 percent.
