VanTrust and Global Transport and Logistics Leader, DSV, Break Ground on Largest Industrial Building In New Albany 

VanTrust will develop the 1.2 million square-foot build-to-suit for DSV, marking its ninth building in the city

Columbus, Ohio—October 10, 2023— Today, VanTrust Real Estate, LLC (VanTrust), a commercial real estate developer, and principals from DSV, a global leader in the transport and logistics industry based in Denmark, gathered at the New Albany Tech Park, situated within the New Albany International Business Park, to officially break ground on what will eventually be DSV’s largest building in North America. Construction will begin in August, with expected completion by December 2024. This is VanTrust’s second project with DSV, with the first in Texas. The groundbreaking was attended by leaders of both the City of New Albany and Licking County.

VanTrust announced plans for a new business park, the New Albany Tech Park, in June 2022. The Park sits on approximately 500 acres located within the New Albany International Business Park, the region’s largest master-planned business park. The build-to-suit DSV warehouse is the first of multiple projects anticipated at the New Albany Tech Park. The general contractor for the project is Pepper Construction, with RED Architects as the architect. EMH&T will be the civil engineer.
