Skilken Gold Celebrates the Sale of Publix Super Market in Louisville | Skilken Gold

COLUMBUS, OH – Skilken Gold, a national real estate development leader, announces the sale of the recently opened Publix Super Market in Louisville, Kentucky. This is the first Publix location in the state and is a milestone for the Skilken Gold team, who has worked closely with the grocer to complete the project over the last four years.

In fact, since 2016, Skilken Gold has built a strong relationship with Publix and has helped them open three store locations around the country. This new Publix location in Louisville, situated on the northwest corner of Terra Crossing Boulevard and Old Henry Road, officially opened in January 2024. It is an impressive 55,702-square-foot grocery store that anchors the Terra Crossing development. This project is a testament to the strong partnership and close working relationship between Publix and Skilken Gold.

Despite these challenges, Skilken Gold overcame the obstacles to deliver a development that set the stage for Publix’s expansion into Kentucky.
