Shout Out Loud is in the business of taking the pain out of superior swag.  We offer a wide range of branded products including apparel, promotional products and merchandise for resale.  Our value added services include eCommerce sites, inventory management and fulfillment whether for employee stores or consumer sales.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values

Our company mission is Superior Swag Made Simple.  We focus on taking on the headaches normally associated with branded products.  We heavily emphasize partnership and making the operational side of swag as easy possible.

We use the following aphorisms to articulate our company values:

• We answer the phone: Employees are expected to be available and attentive to incoming communication, whether it’s from customers, colleagues, or stakeholders.
• When in doubt, clean something: Employees should not hesitate to take action, even if they’re uncertain about what to do next.
• We do hard shit: Employees are expected to tackle challenging tasks or projects head-on, demonstrating a willingness to confront difficult situations and overcome obstacles.
• Get it right or make it right: Employees are encouraged to strive for accuracy and precision in their work. If mistakes occur, they are expected to take responsibility and rectify them promptly.
• We won’t let you down: Employees are dedicated to delivering on their promises and meeting the expectations of others, whether it’s customers, colleagues, or partners.
• What can I do to help? Employees are encouraged to offer assistance proactively and seek opportunities to contribute to the success of the team or organization.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

We really lean into the networking opportunities offered by the Chamber.  With limited time for networking, we’ve found that the Chamber offers the highest return on our time investment.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

We are engaged with industry associations and take advantage of their ongoing education opportunities. We, also, try to stay close to our customers so we can learn what is happening in the industry from their perspective.

What is your company culture like?

Our company culture is one centered around accountability, proactivity, and teamwork.  As can be seen in our company values, prioritize responsiveness, accountability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Employees are expected to embody these values in their daily work and interactions with others.

A successful employee in this culture is responsive and proactive, prioritizing accountability and quality in their work. They collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.
