We stay updated on industry standards by participating in professional associations like the American Staffing Association (ASA), Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), and the Ohio Staffing & Search Association. Attending conferences, webinars, and networking events helps us learn from industry leaders and peers. We also pursue ongoing education and certification to stay current with new methodologies and technologies. Engaging with clients and candidates offers valuable insights into their evolving needs. Additionally, following industry influencers and joining relevant social media groups keeps us informed about new trends and discussions.
