PowerBuilt was founded in 2000 in Bellefontaine, Ohio. For the first 10 years, PowerBuilt operated as a national distributor of integrated material handling solutions. In the years to follow, PowerBuilt purchased two facilities in Bellefontaine, Ohio, opened multiple sales, project management, and engineering offices across the United States. Today PowerBuilt has 62 team members with skill sets ranging from mechanical & electrical engineering, assembly, field service, fabrication & machining, sales, and project management.
