One Medical is a membership-based primary care practice on a mission to make getting quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable for all through a blend of human-centered design, technology, and an exceptional team. Our members enjoy seamless access to comprehensive care at calming offices near where they work, live, and shop as well as 24/7 access to virtual care. In addition to a direct-to-consumer membership model, we work with more than 8,000 companies to provide One Medical health benefits to their employees.

Started by some of the best-trained physicians in the country, One Medical attracts the highest-caliber team of leadership and healthcare providers. This allows us to practice medicine the way it should be practiced, focusing on improving the patient experience, and challenging the healthcare status quo. One Medical partners with world class healthcare systems to bring in-network, high quality, modernized primary care and access to top notch specialty care for complex conditions as well as leading inpatient and outpatient facilities and research to our members and in Columbus, we are proud to partner with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

The One Medical mission is to transform healthcare for all through a human-centered technology-powered model, delighting millions of members with better health and care while reducing total costs. 

We believe healthcare should be inclusive, comprehensive, and available to all.  That’s why we’ve created a new kind of primary care practice designed to make getting exceptional care faster and easier — while making every patient feel well cared for, comfortable, and heard. What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

One Medical is excited to be a part of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. We hope to establish ourselves as part of the community and support the businesses of Columbus through our participation.  We are most looking forward to utilizing member-to-member networking & connections and participating in chamber events like CEO Insights, educational opportunities and sponsorships.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

One Medical participates in employer health benefit conferences and events and aims to understand the unique needs of employer purchasers of healthcare and their strategies for promoting workforce health.  We are also part of a community of healthcare transformers evaluating value-based strategies to improve the cost and quality of patient care.

What is your company culture like?
