Muskingum University offers three fully accredited online leadership programs tailored for business professionals: the Master of Applied Leadership (MAL), the Master of Business Administration (MBA), and the Doctor of Applied Leadership (DAL).

The MAL program is designed to equip leaders in any sector with practical, evidence-based skills to solve real-world problems.

Muskingum University’s MBA program provides learners with the business knowledge and leadership skills needed to succeed.

The DAL program prepares top-level leaders by emphasizing the application of research to professional contexts, distinguishing itself from a Ph.D., which focuses on academic research.

All of Muskingum’s programs aim to develop effective, hands-on leadership abilities and employ project-based learning, allowing learners to apply classroom knowledge directly to their careers.

Our programs are designed to meet the individual needs and goals of each learner. We value evidence-based solutions to real-word challenges that leaders face in their roles. We not only want our graduates to be able to pass a test or write a paper about leadership, we also want them to be able to lead effectively in the real-world.
