MRA helps its members thrive by offering comprehensive HR services, talent management, learning and organization development opportunities, and total rewards planning. MRA helps organizations build a successful workplace and a powerful workforce. Headquartered in Wisconsin, MRA has regional offices in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, and Ohio.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

We are thrilled to connect with the diverse businesses within the Chamber and build lasting relationships through the Columbus Chamber’s Leadership Luncheons and Networking After Hours. We look forward to participating in the many excellent events throughout the year that are relevant to our industry, such as the Workforce Experience Series and The Inclusion Series. Lastly, we are eagerly anticipating the 100th annual Clambake & Lobster Feast, an event that has been a priority on our calendar since we joined!

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

As the largest employer association in the nation, we stay engaged with industry trends through continuous learning and professional development, widespread partnerships, active participation in industry networks and events, and dedicated research and analysis. 

We invest in cutting-edge HR technologies and collaborate with subject matter experts to explore innovative solutions. Engaging with our extensive member base through surveys, conferences, and roundtable discussion groups allows us to gather real-time data and share best practices. 

Additionally, we publish a range of resources to keep our members informed about the latest trends and developments in HR, ensuring we provide relevant and effective services.
