Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services

Metropolitan Holdings is a full-service real estate firm located in Columbus, Ohio. The company focus is on the development, construction, and management of suburban and urban multifamily and mixed-use developments within a three-to-four-hour radius of Columbus. The company has successfully developed over US $400M+ worth of multifamily assets, including a total of 1,800+ units within the Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati markets.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values

Our mission is to enrich the lives of our employees and those we serve. Our vision is to develop quality multifamily real estate for the benefit of our residents, employees, partners, investors, vendors, and communities we serve.

We do this by following our core values which are:

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

As new members of the Columbus Chamber, we are looking forward to connecting with fellow movers and shakers in the Columbus business world and discovering opportunities to continue to make our community a great place to work, live, and grow.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

We read all that we can about our industry, the markets we serve, and the world in general. Each of our leadership team members are involved in industry-specific associations, whether that be in construction, development, or property management. We find great value in regularly meeting and talking with colleagues and partners to spark new ideas and receive fresh perspectives on challenges. We are constantly looking at financial projections and modeling to successfully drive a disciplined process of controlling the things we can and planning for those we can’t.

What is your company culture like?
