LBB Edutainment, is a consultancy specializing in the development of strategies that improve and positively impact employee engagement, communications, culture, and diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values

Our mission is to help people live, work, and play in an inclusive and equitable way through making authentic connections and demonstrating important DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) concepts. We value: intentional inclusion without harm, clear and empathetic communication, and collective collaboration for greater impact.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

I love being a part of the DEI and HR series. I work in the very “human” side of business and I love learning from those working in those spaces. I always try to stay on top of trends and emerging strategies. I am very grateful for everything the Chamber offers. I feel empowered and educated about the needs and desires of central Ohio business leaders.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

I am an avid reader of books and articles, as well as a researcher through Google and our great Library system. What I absolutely love the most is networking with others and listening to their lived experiences. There is so much richness that can be gained from humbly engaging with others for the purpose of learning and growing.
