We aim to help organizations assess, select, and develop the best employees and strategies to maintain a culture of belonging, performance, and innovation.

To do this, we partner with organizations and use research-based methods to identify the best approach for their culture. Some examples include employee and client studies, training on workplace personalities, job analysis, customized assessments, and support for organizational change and development.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Hutchison Consulting is a member of both the Tri-Village Chamber of Commerce, the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, and several professional organizations. This means we are having ongoing conversations about current events, trends, and research. These discussions, combined with recent studies, help to inform our approach for helping organizations.

What is your company culture like?

Although Hutchison Consulting is a solopreneur organization, we have a team of contract associates and partners with a wide range of expertise in business, psychology, public health, and human resources. Our team is a diverse group who are committed to continuous learning and innovation. We are always looking for new ways to improve our skills and knowledge. We also provide interns with the opportunity to gain applied experience with more than one mentor.
