Genghis Grill is the nation’s leading fresh bowl concept, renowned for its fresh, hot and healthy food, and its interactive dining experience. At Genghis Grill, guests are in charge, either by creating a bowl filled with exactly what they are craving from over 80+ of the freshest ingredients or letting our Bowl Experts build one for them from over 25 curated recipes. Genghis Grill in Columbus will be opening its doors on June 23, located at 18 East 15th Avenue, adjacent to Ohio State University’s main campus, between High and Pearl Streets.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values

Genghis Grill goal is to help guest create a healthy and interactive dining experience. We do this by placing the guest squarely in control of their menu and food options.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

We eagerly anticipate and look forward to leveraging the Columbus Chamber’s services to establish valuable connections with other local businesses, helping to foster mutually beneficial relationships within our community.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Our exceptional and creative team of culinary specialists and operators continuously seek out novel and thrilling experiences for our guests. The recently opened Genghis Grill location in Columbus exemplifies this commitment, as we serve as the flagship store for a new service model and exciting dishes. This location is the first of the new prototype – featuring a new, fast-casual ordering model with ordering Kiosks that speed up the experience from order to pickup in a flash – and this location will be the first to pilot many cutting-edge menu items that aren’t available anywhere else.
