Expert Office mission is to maintain a clear focus on customers and to deliver quality products and service that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.  We value honesty, integrity, and transparency in all our relationships.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We have utilized the chamber for networking and introductions so we can build new relationships in our community.  What our team has used the most is the focused list creation with contacts information.  We can organize our chamber partners on these lists to tailor our approach, sharing our expertise and gaining trust.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
Expert Office is a part of many different communities within our industry.  We have wholesale partners, vendor partners and buying group partners that we look to for industry information, innovative products, and creative ideas.  All these partners are also open to feedback and consumer suggestions to develop what is next in style and innovation.

What is your company culture like?

There is so much growth in Columbus and the surrounding central Ohio area.  What I really appreciate is the desire of other local business to utilize and support other local business.
